In DecoNetwork: Reports → Export Orders → Order Summary, from January 1 to today. Other shop systems: export orders to CSV; a column mapping is set under Settings.

When does a sale count? When it is paid in full
Cash basis. The month the last payment lands. Most shops. When the first payment lands
The deposit month. When the order is placed
Accrual basis. What a bookkeeper on QuickBooks expects; unpaid balances show under Who owes you.

Your sites which store names in the export are your own shop, and which are webstores for customers
